Computerized Reporting
Gone are the days of handing one or two handwritten pages to your client only to hope they understood the inspection and could read your writing. Today, the inspection process is more sophisticated and fully computerized; providing a well-organized report to convey vital information to the client. The reports also contain digital photographs embedded into the report, strategically organized to support and highlight key points, and to convey a complete understanding of the issues observed within the property.
FREE Handbook
HomePro Inspections includes with each inspection, free of charge, a copy of How To Operate Your Home – a detailed 128 page reference book that functions as an owner’s guide. This is “The Guide” to operate your home with over 250 drawings and simple explanations that describe the operation of the structural, electrical and mechanical systems in the home. This guide is an important tool to help reinforce what was learned at the inspection and maintain the home, possibly alleviate problems which may arise.
Also included, free of charge is a binder to store a copy of your completed inspection report and the copy of How To Operate Your Home.
On Line Delivery
The inspection report is delivered directly over the Internet - no more unreadable faxed reports, indistinguishable handwriting or waiting for the report to be delivered by mail. There is no limit on the number of copies provided. The final report is uploaded to the Internet, including any digital pictures taken during the inspection to clarify our findings. The inspection report is available to our customer and any real estate professional involved with their transaction, on the Internet as soon as the report is complete. Generally the report is uploaded within minutes after completing the inspection. Reports can be viewed as often as needed and printed as many times as necessary.
To view and print the report on the Internet all that is needed is your web browser. No plug-in devices or special software needed. Our client will immediately receive an email that contains a link to the report. The email provides each client with a specific username and password to protect the privacy of their report. The email only contains a link to the report and there are no email attachments. This means you do not need to download large files or attachments and you do not need to worry about email viruses. When needed (for example, those who don’t have access to the Internet) the report can be printed on site. Receiving your inspection report has never been easier!
