This new designation expands his professional background even further and makes him an experienced and educated inspector for properties of any age.

Harold has performed over 3,500 inspections since becoming a home inspector in 2002. He’s dedicated to a top-quality inspection that fully informs his customer about the property. He currently inspects in the Metro Richmond and the surrounding areas.
In the Industry Since 1990
As soon as he graduated from college, John’s passion for homes led him to a career in home inspection. 19,000 inspections later, John is still doing what he loves, keeping his clients informed and their finances protected by providing the answers they need when it comes to a property’s condition. When he inspects a home, John always encourages the buyer to attend in order to help them reach an absolute understanding of any material defects or anomalies within the home’s structure or mechanical systems. Afterward, once the inspection report has been delivered, John encourages his clients to call with any questions—because every homebuyer deserves a fair opportunity to see a home for what it is before a transaction is finalized.
